Looking for a rejuvenating weekend? Not enough time for a full retreat? Or maybe you just want to try yoga for the first time?

Our Weekend Yoga Retreat will give you a taste of Sharing Bali village life as well as four yoga sessions overlooking the rice paddies and mountains. Our classes are small and personal, giving you individual attention. Whether you are new to yoga, or would like to deepen your existing practise, the program will be fulfilling for all.

You choose how you want to spend your time in between your yoga sessions. If you want to completely relax, chill out in the bale with a book, indulge in a traditional Balinese massage in our garden or just have some time to wander through the local village.
If you are feeling a little more active and adventurous, there is an optional local jungle trek and a bike ride that will take you out on to the back roads of Bali, stopping at small villages along the way.
Staring Friday afternoon and finishing midday Sunday, our Weekend Yoga Retreat will leave you feeling relaxed and re-energised, ready to continue with your Bali travels.

Fitness trainer Nat Clarke and yoga teacher Rebecca Boteler have joined forces to bring you the best of both worlds. Nat and Rebecca believe that any fitness regime should be about finding a balance between hard work and active recovery.

Both Nat and Rebecca have a passion for fitness and want to help people to achieve their ultimate goals. Rebecca qualified as an aerobics instructor over 17 years ago and has taught everything from Step to Body Pump. She turned to yoga more than 10 years ago as a way of strengthening her body to prevent injuries and to counter balance her hectic lifestyle. Nat is a personal trainer who trains both private clients and runs bootcamps. He’s qualified as a fitness trainer, thump boxing teacher, kettlebell instructor and is registered with Fitness Australia.

Nat and Rebecca work together in Perth doing a mixture of boot camp and yoga sessions overlooking the beautiful Swan River. They believe in getting out of the gym and into the real world... and what better place to do that than a beautiful retreat in Bali. Nat will take participants through morning workouts that focus on functional training, which mimics movements people use in everyday life, and helps improve stability, mobility and flexibility of the joints. In the evenings, Rebecca will guide participants through restorative yoga sessions aimed at nurturing the body and calming the mind. This retreat is all about finding balance.

Robyn first discovered yoga in 1992 when she was pregnant with her first child and has been practicing and teaching since.
Robyn's approach to yoga is dynamic and introspective. Through yoga, she helps people return to well-being and 'wholeness' using postural work, stretching, breathing practices, relaxation and other yoga practices to assist in remedying a range of physical, functional and psychological issues.
Delivered with sensitivity and lightness you will experience improved flexibility and mobility, reduced tension and anxiety and greater self-awareness. You will also learn strategies for bringing greater well-being into every day.
