By popular demand, Ayung Sari Indah is now offering a Spice & Spas holiday package - a wonderful mix of 4 days and 3 nights of cuisine and pampering.
Learn the delights of authentic Balinese style cooking in our village style kitchen.
We start with a walk to the gardens and surrounding farms to gather some ingredients and then it's time to wrap yourself in your complimentary sarong and try your hand at the mortar and pestle to grind the spices.
Dishes vary depending on the season. Our favourites include cucumber and coconut salad, lemongrass sambal, chicken coconut satay, spicy steamed fish, black rice pudding. Every dish is served on a banana leaf, which makes everything look so much more delicious.
Afternoons are spent at our favourite spa in Ubud and there is some time for shopping at the art inspired markets and stores in Ubud.
We celebrate the end of your stay by lighting the gardens with candles. A gamelan group creates the music and we enjoy a dinner that has all of our specialities including the famous Balinese smoked duck.
